FAQ

FAQ

Short answers. Clear limits.

If we know it, we say it. If we do not know it yet, we do not pretend.

Is gold vermeil real gold?Yes, but it is not solid gold. Gold vermeil means a layer of real gold over sterling silver, with thickness and gold fineness meeting the relevant standard. When we use vermeil, we state the karat and thickness.
Is gold vermeil better than gold plated?Usually, yes, when made properly. But it is still a surface finish and needs care.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds grown in laboratories. They are not imitation stones. They are also not investment assets.
Are your stones certified?Small accent stones usually do not carry individual lab reports. If a larger center stone comes with an independent report, the product page will say so clearly.
Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?Sterling silver can tarnish naturally and can be polished. Gold vermeil and plated finishes can wear over time, especially on rings and high-contact areas. Proper care helps extend their life.
I have sensitive skin. Can I wear your jewelry?Sensitivities vary. If you have a known allergy to silver, copper, gold, nickel, or plating materials, contact us before ordering. We will tell you what we know and what we cannot guarantee.
Where is your jewelry made? Our jewelry is made through specialist workshops in China. We state this plainly because good manufacturing is not something to hide.
Can you check a piece I bought elsewhere? We can offer a general visible-material opinion based on photos and listing information. This is not a formal appraisal, authentication, valuation, or laboratory report.
