Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over €260. Every piece is shipped from our Shanghai atelier within 5–7 business days, hand-wrapped in our signature rice paper box.

Delivery Times

Europe: 5–7 business days, DHL Express, fully tracked and insured.
North America: 7–10 business days, DHL Express.
Asia / Australia: 4–7 business days, DHL Express.
Rest of world: 10–14 business days, tracked.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, any applicable customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient on delivery. We are happy to assist with any documentation needed.
