30-Day Return Policy

You may return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces that have been engraved or made to order are final sale, as each is made by hand for you alone.

How to Return

Write to care@loongshadow.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label within one business day.

Lifetime Service

Every Loong Shadow piece is offered with complimentary lifetime polishing and resizing. We believe a piece worn for twenty years should look better, not older.
